Sue Meng Heritage innovates and creates infrastructures for social, cultural, and responsible tourism, development. We operate in alignment with principles of sustainable development to serve our stakeholders, and that includes community; shareholders; investors; clients and suppliers. We welcome relationships with those who share our value of financial, environmental, economic and social ‘whealth’ - the fusion of health and wealth.

The company is the producer and manager of the heritage marker trail of “Dr. Sun Yat Sen and His Comrades in Ipoh”, based on the first of its kind book "Road to Revolution: Dr. Sun Yat Sen and His Comrades in Ipoh". This trail was created to serve as a shared, non-monopolised resource for individuals and businesses to tap upon, to create jobs, and new products and services to serve society.

For our own business sustainability, we also leverage on our own innovations, such as the marker trail, to curate at location or immersive experiences. We aim to deliver quality, inclusive, memorable, unique and edu-training journeys that engage you intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Besides our own developments, we apply the same design thinking principles and last mile solutions to help you realise your own social impact goals in placemaking, making places and responsible tourism.

Vision

Dynamic environments wherein are exciting opportunities to attract diverse talents to realise their full potential, and contribute to society in meaningful ways. Our vision aligns with “People’s Livelihoods”, one of Dr. Sun Yat Sen’s ‘Three Principles of the People’ claimed as the cornerstone of the Kuomintang, and with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #8: Good Jobs and Economic Growth.

Mission

The journey counts as much as the end; we constantly and consistently experiment with innovative ways to live our vision, as we walk towards our vision. An example is the first-of-its-kind marker trail of Dr. Sun Yat Sen and His Comrades in Ipoh. Our mission is aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.

Values

Our values incorporate:

  1. Responsibility: To live in alignment with our values
  2. Serve: To act with intention, not to have ‘no intention to’
  3. Inclusion: Creating opportunities for all to thrive
  4. Outcomes: Inspiration, discussion, action.
  5. Truth: What endures the test of time, highs and lows.

As a responsible business, we champion environmental stewardship, and aim to support the community, especially by empowering women, creating opportunities for youth through training and development. We are also responsible for maintaining the trail of Dr. Sun Yat Sen and His Comrades in Ipoh for the continuing benefit of society.

As a stakeholder in the tourism space, we aim to preserve intangible heritage, and to identify and develop programmes to showcase lesser known aspects of culture.

We will also promote the circular advantage and cultivate a responsible business ecosystem.
